PURE GOLD - Imperial Golden Ale
This beer was produced in collaboration with our friends at Ridge Brewing, in Maple Ridge, BC.
The style is an imperial commonwealth golden ale. It is Amber and Caramel in color, malt forward followed by mild hop flavors in the mid mouth, complex malt finish with long yet crisp clean back palate. We used malt from Canada, and hops from Australia to create this take on a classics British style. This extra strong beer, was rated at 8.6% ABV and 33 IBU.
It was available, in limited release, in 650ml bomber bottles.
FAKE PLASTIC TREES
Spruce Tip Pale Ale
This truly interesting ale was produced in collaboration with our new friends at Silver Valley Brewing Company.
Spruce beer is beer flavored with the buds, needles, or essence of spruce trees. A number of flavors are associated with spruce-flavored beer, ranging from floral, citrusy, and fruity to cola-like flavors to resinous and piney. This low alcohol beer, 4.8% ABV, has 35 IBU.
It was available for limited release in the Silver Valley Tasting room.
